Ronald A. Aramini- President and Chief Executive Officer
Ronald A. Aramini was appointed as a member of the Board and became President and Chief Executive Officer of the company in January 2000. From September 1996 to July 1999, Mr. Aramini served as Senior Vice President of Operations for America West Airlines, Inc., where he was responsible for safety, on-time performance, customer satisfaction and cost controls for the company's 600 daily flights. Prior to this position, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Allegheny Airlines from September 1993 to August 1996 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Wisconsin from September 1990 to September 1993.

Randy Shealy- Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Randy Shealy joined Pemco Aviation Group in December 2004 as Vice President of Accounting. In May 2005, he was appointed as the Chief Accounting Officer of the Company and in May of 2006 he was promoted to his current position. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Shealy spent five years as the Chief Financial Officer of Southern Research Institute, a provider of scientific discovery and technology development for public and private sector customers in the pharmaceutical sciences , homeland security , automotive , engineering , and environment and energy industries. Previously, Mr. Shealy worked in the Birmingham office of Ernst and Young for fifteen years having been promoted to audit senior manager. Mr. Shealy is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant and is a graduate of the University of Alabama.

Doris K. Sewell – Senior Vice President, Legal and Support Services
Doris Sewell joined the Company in April of 2000, having formerly served as Vice President, Corporate Counsel at Just For Feet, Inc., a national athletic shoe retailer. She has also served as In-House Counsel at Bruno’s, Inc. and as a government contract and acquisition attorney for the United States Army. Ms. Sewell currently serves as Chair of the Governance Committee for the Board of Trustees for Baptist Health System of Birmingham, Alabama and is a member of the Women’s Advisory Council for Walker Baptist Hospital. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from Samford University and a Juris Doctor degree from Cumberland School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Alabama and Virginia.

Gilbert J. McSheehy – Vice President, Military Programs
Gil McSheehy joined the Company in June, 2001, having over 30 years of experience in aviation maintenance, modification and systems work with Northrop and Lockheed Martin in transport, reconnaissance and fighter aircraft program management and business development. Prior to his move into the aerospace industry, Mr. McSheehy served in the United States Marine Corp in both the infantry and aviation fields. He holds a degree in Business from the University of New Mexico and has attended postgraduate management development courses both at the University of Southern California and the University of Maryland.

Jeff C. Smith - Vice President of Finance and Controller
Jeff Smith joined the Company in December 2005 as Accounting Manager. In June 2006, he was appointed Controller, and in May 2008 he was promoted to his current position where he is responsible for accounting, financial analysis, and supply chain functions. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Smith served as Senior Divisional Accountant at Southern Research Institute in Birmingham, Alabama. He also held several positions at Intergraph Corporation in Huntsville, Alabama. Mr. Smith graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science. He earned a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brian Watkins – Vice President, Engineering and Product Support
Brian Watkins joined the company in February 2009, having previously served as Vice President – Technology for Standard Aero. He held positions of Director – Program Management, Director – Engineering and Chief Engineer for Landmark Aviation and Garrett Aviation before these companies were acquired by Standard Aero. He also held engineering management positions with Lockheed Martin and Learjet. He has 25 years experience in airframe manufacturing and maintenance, avionics system design, and avionics and structural modifications to military and commercial aircraft. Mr. Watkins holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
